Saturday July 29 the museum hosted another delicious chicken dinner.
Rick Polaski and his great team spit-roasting up his famous chickens at the Sayner Community Building
We started serving at 4:30 and ended around 6:15. Great compliments on the dinner.
Ticket sales started out slow but increased rapidly towards the end. We had to turn away about 10 people but we need to know earlier in the week what our count is. That is why we always say "Reserve early!"
